Yes, I see that you drove revenue growth and organic traffic in your most recent position. That’s not what we need right now. Please describe a situation when you used inference and deduction in your work.

Mm-hmm, yes I’m sure you did get results with predictive modeling . . . oh and data mining. What we need however are people who listen closely and observe what is needed. We need people who adapt to changing circumstances and lead without putting their own agendas first.

Please describe how you would do this.

No, this would not be like finding a great project manager. I’m sure they are hard to find.

Speaking of hiring, what is your approach to ensuring that diverse ideas and experiences are taken into account when making big decisions?

Oh. You rely on the input of a trusted team of advisors. How did you select these  advisors? Ah. They’re friends from your college fraternity.
